You've Tried Everything.

So Why Do You Still Feel Stuck?

By now, you're no stranger to the world of all things “ how can I feel better” or “why are my labs coming back ‘normal’? "

You've spent countless hours researching symptoms, experimenting with diets, trying supplements, and searching for answers. You've become the investigator, advocate, and problem-solver in your own healing journey.

Yet despite all your effort, you're still caught in a cycle of symptoms.

  • You know stress affects your digestion, but the tools you've tried only seem to provide temporary relief.

  • You've followed restrictive diets and supplement protocols, only to find that the improvements don't last.

  • You're never quite sure what will trigger a flare-up, leaving you feeling anxious and disconnected from your body.

  • You've invested in so many supplements that it's difficult to know what has actually helped—and what may have added to the confusion.

  • Eating has become stressful. Instead of enjoying meals, you're constantly wondering how your body will respond.

At times, it can feel as though your life revolves around managing symptoms.

But your life was meant for so much more than symptom management.

You want the freedom to be present with your family, pursue your passions, enjoy meals without fear, and trust your body again.

The good news is that your symptoms are not random, and they are not simply "all in your head."

However, they may be rooted in the ongoing conversation between your brain, gut, and nervous system (as well as various other body systems).

The gut and brain are constantly communicating through what is known as the gut-brain axis. When the nervous system is under chronic stress, digestion, immune function, mood, energy, and overall resilience can all be affected. Likewise, imbalances within the gut can influence how we think, feel, and respond to the world around us.

This is why true healing often requires more than addressing food alone.

Through a holistic gut-brain and body systems approach, we work to support the nervous system, nourish the microbiome, and uncover the deeper patterns that may be contributing to your symptoms.

Together, I can help you:

  • Support digestive health, emotional well-being, and nervous system resilience through functional nutrition and lifestyle practices.

  • Understand the potential root causes behind your symptoms so you can move forward with confidence and clarity.

  • Rebuild trust in your body and learn to work with its signals rather than fear them.

  • Reduce food anxiety, endless research, and the feeling that you must constantly control every variable to feel well.

Imagine feeling calm around food, confident in your body's ability to communicate its needs, and resilient when life brings stress.

Imagine having the energy and freedom to focus on the people, passions, and purpose that matter most.

Healing isn't about controlling your body.

It's about learning to listen to it.

Are you ready to reconnect with your body's wisdom and begin a different kind of healing journey?

It's time to Honour your body and trust your gut.

Healing begins when we stop fighting the body and start listening to it. I'm not here to give you more band-aid solutions, but to help you build strong foundations.

FAITH DOESN’T ASK YOU TO IGNORE YOUR BODY—IT INVITES YOU TO STEWARD IT.

FAITH DOESN’T ASK YOU TO IGNORE YOUR BODY—IT INVITES YOU TO STEWARD IT. ~

Welcome, I’m Jassie

I help women with gut-related health imbalances restore balance through functional nutrition, nervous system support, and a deeper understanding of the gut-brain connection.

Rather than chasing symptoms with restrictive diets and endless supplements, we focus on nourishing the body, supporting the nervous system, and addressing the foundations of health.

This whole-person approach creates space for healing, resilience, and a renewed trust in the body's God-given wisdom.

Drawing from both my personal health journey and professional training as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Clinical Herbalist, I guide women toward lasting wellness with knowledge, compassion, and practical support.

It all started when I realized my ongoing quest to pinpoint the exact food that was causing my IBS to trigger was only sending me to anxiety town.

Let me give you a little background.

For many years, I believed that if I could just identify the "perfect" diet or the one food triggering my symptoms, I would finally heal.

Instead, I found myself trapped in a cycle of restriction, research, and anxiety.

My digestive struggles began at a young age. Alongside persistent bloating, digestive discomfort, and irregular digestion, I also experienced anxiety, overthinking, indecision, and a constant sense of stress that seemed woven into daily life.

As a teenager, these challenges intensified. Digestive discomfort became a near-constant companion, and I found myself increasingly disconnected from my body's needs. At the same time, I struggled with body image concerns, restrictive eating patterns, and an unhealthy relationship with exercise. My days were filled with obligations, achievements, and endless to-do lists. Rest felt unproductive, and stress became my normal.

Looking back, I can see that I was living almost entirely in a state of surviving.

At seventeen, while waiting for yet another medical appointment, I began questioning the connection between food and health. That curiosity led me to discover natural nutrition and whole foods for the first time. As I made dietary changes and experimented with nutritional approaches, I experienced meaningful improvements.

For the first time, I felt hopeful.

That experience sparked a deep passion for nutrition and eventually led me to pursue training in Functional Nutritional Therapy and Clinical Herbalism. Over the years, I immersed myself in books, courses, research, podcasts, and protocols. Learning how food nourishes the body transformed my understanding of health and remains one of the greatest gifts of my journey.

Yet despite doing everything "right," my symptoms continued to return.

No matter how clean my diet became or how many supplements I tried, digestive issues, bloating, anxiety, and overwhelm would eventually resurface.

This realization became a turning point.

I began to understand that healing required more than finding the right foods or supplements. While nutrition is foundational, true wellness involves far more than what is on our plate.

The nervous system, stress, emotions, lifestyle, relationships, and spiritual well-being all influence our health.

I discovered that my body wasn't working against me—it was communicating with me.

The more I learned about the gut-brain connection and the role of the nervous system, the more everything began to make sense. My symptoms were not simply digestive issues; they were part of a larger story involving chronic stress, patterns of striving, and a body that had spent years in a state of overwhelm.

Today, my approach reflects that understanding.

I believe healing happens when we nourish the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. Through functional nutrition, nervous system support, lifestyle practices, and a deeper understanding of the gut-brain connection, I help women move beyond symptom management and reconnect with their body's God-given wisdom.

Because health isn't found in perfect diets, endless supplements, or control.

It's found in learning to listen, nourish, and honour the temple we've been entrusted with

Some Things I Believe... So We Are On The Same Page...

  • I believe that human beings are complex - and because of this our needs and relationships around cooking eating and food is also complex.

  • I believe that home cooking does not have to be complicated to be good, nor does it have to take a lot of time or money to be satisfying.

  • I do not believe that the word “healthy” means the same thing as the word “skinny.” or the same to everyone - This is a judgment free space.

  • I believe that diet culture has robbed many of the joy of cooking and exploration - and thus eroding our ability to listen to our gut -I hope to help you discover peace around this -as I too have adventured through this struggle.

  • I am an Orthodox Christian and I believe in God - and like to talk about my faith.

  • I believe that our kitchens are the best places to connect with our bodies, God and each other, a place where we can find common ground around the table. I worry that many people feel so disconnected and lost in their kitchens. I hope to be a help in this area.
