Master the foundations


In my 15+ years in the health & wellness space - I can tell you that mastering the foundations when it comes to your health & wellness are essential to thrive in this ever fluctuating world.


Now, you would expect nutrition & exercise to be the foundation for all the other pillars to stand – but after hundreds of 1:1 sessions & years of my own personal health & spiritual quests – the key foundation is a spiritual one. God.

Any architect knows that a solid foundation is essential to any building. Once the foundation is laid, supports are put in, permitting the rest of the structure to be built.


A spiritual foundation is vital to your life, both here on earth and in eternity. Following God & submitting to His wisdom enables you to build a solid foundation based on God’s values. As you base your life on Him, there are a few areas you will need to continually focus on to cultivate a strong, healthy spiritual life. And this won’t only benefit you; others will reap the blessings as well.


A spiritual foundation brings clarity & vitality - allows us to live a full life. We are born with a very specific constitution- the goals & dreams that flow and run through us are not a coincidence.


Building a spiritual foundation allows you live a life of intention rooted in faith knowing you are always held. You know the saying trust the universe…. Trust and have faith in the Creator not the creation. A spiritual foundation brings faith, community, love and an ease to life. Building health & lifestyle pillars on top of this foundation will bring resilience and stability when life becomes rocky.
