We live in a fast paced, all in , perfection driven time. In a - I can and should do it all society. โฃ

If you are someone who lives this way and suffers from any kind of chronic disease - your body will have a very hard time to heal- how can it when the body has not been provided the environment it needs to do so. โฃ

Because I used to be an all in, do it all, fast paced life, fill in all gaps of time, donโ€™t waste time, listen to books on audio while doing all the things because we have to optimize and scale right? stay up late- who needs sleep, but I am eating healthy and moving my body person...โฃ

...๐˜ถ๐˜ฏ๐˜ต๐˜ช๐˜ญ I became the burnt out, bloated, pms city, something isnโ€™t right but this is normal right? , unresolved trauma with a lifetime of cortisol pumping hyper-vigilant, people pleasing person who ate healthy and moved her body person. โฃ

I have spent the last 15 years of my life slowing down, cultivating balance, healing and teaching others how to heal their burnt out bodies, tune in and live a life of intention. โฃ

The body can not clean itself and use nutrients properly- unless you are in a relaxed state- so how are we functioning on a cellular level? Probably not so great. โฃ
