A medium sized carrot eaten a day can lower stress hormones and inflammatory substances, reduce liver burden and assist the GI tract and liver to detoxify excess estrogen and endotoxins.

Estrogens dominance can lead to a slew of health imbalances for both men and woman. - it is very common these days due to the high level of estrogen like chemical (xenoestrogens) in our environments (plastics, synthetic fragrances, deodorants etc)

Raw carrots are made up of mostly indigestible fiber- and this particular fiber helps to excrete excess estrogen from the body.

To make

1-2 medium carrots grated

2 tbsp melted coconut oil or MTC oil

2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

Sea salt to taste
