Ghee is a superfood, I grew up eating ghee – it is great for all ages – perfect for kid’s development.
✨Ghee is an excellent source of vitamin A, D, E and K
✨Ghee contains antioxidants, including vitamin E, A and Carotenoids which are helpful in preventing lipid peroxidation when ghee is included as a sole source of fat at a 10% level – polyunsaturated fatty acids in the serum and liver lipids were reduced significantly.
✨Ghee is almost completely free of lactose and casein. So most people who are intolerant to other forms of dairy can enjoy ghee. – Extra sensitive? Look for cultured ghee – this is fermented – thus removing all lactose and casein.
✨Ghee has a high smoke point – so it’s perfect for cooking – why is this important? The high smoke point produces less toxic compound acrylamide than vegetable and seed oils.
✨Ghee tastes amazing – its fantastic for cooking, baking, blended in warm drinks
✨✨Bonus: great for dry skin.
