Anise Hyssop (Agastache foeniculum) is a member of the mint family but with a distinct flavor and aroma that is reminiscent of anise. Neither the herbs anise or hyssop, anise hyssop is a distinct species of its own. A popular garden cultivar that attracts a variety of pollinators, anise hyssop is also enjoyed for its uplifting and alluring taste.

Ingredients: homegrown anise hyssop, homegrown mullein, homegrown rose and homegrown calendula
TO ENJOY:
approx. 1 TBSP of tea blend per 8oz of boiling water, cover and steep for 15-20 minutes
(or overnight for a “super"-infusion”). Strain and enjoy. Enjoy 1 cup per day.
ICED TEA: Steep for 5 to 7 minutes in 2oz of boiling water. Fill 12oz cold cup
with ice. Pour tea concentrate over ice. Add water and enjoy!
